Firsts and other stuff

This has been a fun past couple of weeks of new discoveries for our little Graham the man.  Solid foods and sitting up on his own! Everyone has told us to soak up every minute because they grow up so fast, and it's so true! I am amazed that my little newborn has turned into a true baby boy learning and growing up so quickly!

Texas State Fair

Today we went to the State Fair! Our exciting annual event, but our first ever Cary family State Fair with just the 3 of us. We had a great time!

It was more crowded than I've ever seen it and we had to push a stroller through the crowds, not used to that! But our little G man took it all in and didn't make a peep the whole time...such a good sport.

"Wow, I'm getting a full meal on sticks."

That would be a Texas Twister (or something like that), composed of hamburger meat on a stick, wrapped in a fried tortilla, with bacon wrapped around it...and roasted corn on the cob, of course.

Graham's Baptism

Graham was baptized last weekend, October 3rd. It was a gorgeous day and we loved getting to celebrate the special day with our close friends and family. Aunt Lauren and Josh Dack are Graham's godparents...they lovingly flew in for the weekend and we are thrilled to have them a part of Graham's life always. We only wish it could have been a longer weekend so we could treat them to more Dallas perks. Emmy and Pops also came in town....and our dear friends and family came over afterwards to celebrate the day. I wish I could pause time and have a day like that every day. It was a perfect fall day and so lovely for Graham's special day.
